The Founder

Audren Dimitris is a Franco-Greek entrepreneur specializing in hospitality concept creation and lifestyle restaurant development.

For over 20 years, he has been active in the Paris hospitality and nightlife scene, contributing to the management and development of some of the city’s most prominent establishments.

Throughout this period, he has built an extensive international network, welcoming entrepreneurs, artists, public figures and influential personalities from the worlds of business, fashion, media and culture — forming what is often described as a true international “gotha”.

In parallel, he has developed and created hospitality concepts and brands for major international groups, several of which are now successfully operating in cities around the world.
